ARTNWEAVES BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM:
ARTNWEAVES.com has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We release payment to the seller / artisan in advance. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase. As the products displayed on the ARTNWEAVES.COM portal are handmade / hand crafted please expect a 10 to 15% variance / distortions in the size, shape, color at the time of the final output.
Note – Our handcrafted products are not returnable however subject to the below we may consider replacement in case of delivery of defective products etc.

What is ARTNWEAVES Return Policy?
While one places order on the ARTNWEVES.COM platform the Buyer agrees to a variance of 10 to 15% as against the image depicted as these are handmade / hand crafted products and there would be minor distortions in size, shape, and color at the time of the final output. Though, the artisan takes the effort to ensure the creation is as close as to the image depicted on the ARTNWEAVES.COM platform. Hence, the return policy is limited to the below

  1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  2. Products not as per description/photo on the website or the difference is greater than 10 to 15% as against the image shown on the portal

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Bulky items like statues/paintings etc cannot be returned. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.
How to raise dispute for an order?

You need to register your dispute in either of the two ways:
1. 1. by sending email to contactus@artnweaves.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute with relevant seller. Please mention your order number in the email.

2. 2. Register of dispute directly with seller / artisan is not possible as they are based out of remote villages and have no access to email etc.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?

In case of return of products due to the below reasons

  1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  2. Products not as per description/photo on the website or the difference is greater than 10 to 15% as against the image shown on the portal

ARTNWEAVES.COM shall raise the claim with the insurance partner and ensure refund to the Buyer considering the steps and processes of the insuring authority in case of clause 1.

ARTNWEAVES.COM tries its best to get the Buyer a replacement within 30 days from the seller / artist in clause 2. This also depends on the product time agreed to create. Eg. If a product takes 365 days to create the replacement time would be 365 days etc.

ARTNWEAVES.COM shall have the package picked up thorough reliable partners. The Buyer needs to ensure that the packing is done as per regular standards to be picked up from the point to our Home location.

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund.

When will I be refunded?
We can refund you when the seller / Artisan notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Remember that items have to be returned to address as shared with you. Once we are in receipt of the return item, we will verify and credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges?
The shipping charges are mentioned before you place the order on the platform. Items have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges vary for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Most of the product pricing are inclusive of shipping. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India. The same shall be informed before you place an order for our products.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 30 working days for domestic orders and 45 working days for international orders. The delivery in handmade products depends on the product selected on the platform. The time lines are mentioned on the portal for each and every order as all our products are created based on order placed by our customers.

How will the delivery be done?
The delivery will be done depending on the size of the product. We generally ship via India Post and Other reliable transporters.

  • We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. We have currently partnered with India post or any reasonable transporter for this purpose. In some cases where the pin code /zip codes are not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Do you deliver internationally?
ARTNWEAVES.COM does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. As of now we use FedEx to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you. The international delivery charges will depend on the location etc. which is payable extra. The International shipping charges would be informed to you as and when you send us a query before placing the order and transfer of money to our Bank account.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
All ARTNWEAVES artifacts are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

Who bears the GST or other taxes for certain locations in India?
We are GST compliant and shall issue GST invoices at the time of shipping.

Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
